August 08, Dear [redacted] ***:Thank you for your letter alerting us to the complaint you recently received from one of our customersWe are sorry for the inconvenience it caused to the customer, but we cannot accept responsibility for the following reasons-The purchase was made on Octand the products, a [redacted] chemical brands were good at that timeThe expiration date is clearly stated on the productsThe customer took the products at the time of purchase without expressing any concern regarding the expiration dateAfter month from the purchase date, the customer wanted to use the products again when one of the tanks expiredWe are not obligated to refund for an expired product after month from purchase dateOur policy clearly states it on our website for all customers to see.Additionally, there is a specific instruction for storing hazardous material like these products: Store under cover in a dry, clean, cool, well ventilated place away from sunlightStorage temperature: °CSince the customer already used them once after purchase, the products would go bad regardless the expiration date if tanks were not sealed well or not stored properly-As you well know, distributors don't offer product warrantiesThe manufacturers do as long as their expiring dates or limited to what is stated upfrontWe already contacted the manufacturer regarding this issue on the day customer contacted us, 6/20/The customer was made aware of ***'s response on 7/28/“Per the Product ManagerISO tank Julian date: 192-– equates to production date of June 11, Tank is expiredPoly tank Julian date: 193-(can't be 18, the last digit is the number) — equates to production on July 12, – tank is not expired but used with a tank that is expiredReturn and credit are not approved due to the above explanation.” We will keep our customer in touch if there is any further response from ***Customer is also welcome to communicate directly with *** While we can understand customer's frustration, we are sorry we cannot be more helpful on this occasion based on the facts listed aboveNow that we relay our view of event, we would appreciate if this negative review be taken out as we do not feel responsible for the customer's mishapAgain, thank you for bring this issue to our attentionPlease feel free to contact me ifthere is anything else needed.Regards,Nabil E [redacted] The Energy Conscious

Client purchased products from our website and paid for shippingAfter receiving the products client decided he does not need or want the products any moreClient thinks that it is our responsibility to pay for the shipping when the products were neither damaged nor defectiveThe only change that
took place is a "change of mind" from the clientWe do understand that it hurts to lose money and we are ready and happy to take responsibility if we made a mistakeWe do not believe we did any wrongHowever, since we want our client to be fully satisfied, happy and remember us positivelyFor the sake of compromise, we will contact the client, send him a prepaid label to ship back to us and reimburse him fully

We already sent the email with the return label to the customer and confirmed that we will refund him the full amount of 100.24.Thank you.

Dear [redacted]:Thank you for your letter alerting us to the complaint you recently received from one of our customers. We are sorry for the inconvenience it caused to the customer, but we cannot accept responsibility for the following reasons. -The purchase was...

made on Oct. 2013 and the products, a [redacted] chemical brands were good at that time. The expiration date is clearly stated on the products. The customer took the products at the time of purchase without expressing any concern regarding the expiration date. After 8 month from the purchase date, the customer wanted to use the products again when one of the tanks expired. We are not obligated to refund for an expired product after 8 month from purchase date. Our policy clearly states it on our website for all customers to see.Additionally, there is a specific instruction for storing hazardous material like these products: Store under cover in a dry, clean, cool, well ventilated place away from sunlight. Storage temperature: 24 °C. Since the customer already used them once after purchase, the products would go bad regardless the expiration date if tanks were not sealed well or not stored properly. -As you well know, distributors don't offer product warranties. The manufacturers do as long as their expiring dates or limited to what is stated upfront. We already contacted the manufacturer regarding this issue on the day customer contacted us, 6/20/2014. The customer was made aware of [redacted]'s response on 7/28/2014. “Per the Product Manager. ISO tank Julian date: 192-12 – equates to production date of June 11, 2012. Tank is expired. Poly tank Julian date: 193-13 (can't be 18, the last digit is the number) — equates to production on July 12, 2013 – tank is not expired but used with a tank that is expired. Return and credit are not approved due to the above explanation.” We will keep our customer in touch if there is any further response from [redacted]. Customer is also welcome to communicate directly with [redacted].
While we can understand customer's frustration, we are sorry we cannot be more helpful on this occasion based on the facts listed above. Now that we relay our view of event, we would appreciate if this negative review be taken out as we do not feel responsible for the customer's mishap.
