On October 3, the customer signed a year agreement to monitor her existing alarm system. Associated Alarms in return provided at no charge a service technician including a complete systems check, programming and tie in of the existing alarm systemOn 9/21/the customer
emailed that she had gone with another company and requested her account be cancelled . Our office replied via email on 9/22/with copy of the signed contract /agreement and invoiced for the balance remaining on the year term - $and cancelled her alarm services with the central station effective 9/22/16. After receiving a copy of the signed agreement and final invoice, the customer began emailing with a list of issues she claimed stemming from the original tie in that occurred over years ago. In reviewing all the account history, the customer never called or requested a service call during the years of alarm services with Associated Alarms and was always notified by central station whenever an event occurred. Associated Alarms has fulfilled and provided the customer with all the services as per the agreement and requesting the balance of the contract to be paid in full - $

I was told service would not be cancelled until payment was receivedI have called about the battery issue numerous times and spoke to *** about it at least onceThe companies response is a lie but at this point, I will pay just to be rid of them

Here are 4 phone calls longer than just a minute proving I called multiple times in July of 2015 as well as the email from [redacted] stating service would not be cancelled until final payment was received. I finally asked another company to fix the battery. I am not a liar and am sick of being bullied by companies and their bad service.

I will reiterate that our records do not indicate any calls to our office with regard to requesting service.  Had they requested service on any alarm issue we would have scheduled a technician to check the alarm. Additionally the alarm was cancelled upon receipt of the cancellation letter.  Thank you.
