We have received a fax from *** *** today. We have returned his account to the Local Distribution Company (LDC) according to his wishes. This action will be consistent with the LDC’s timetable with accepting returning customers

I have not received the $200. nor has National grid received it as a credit.  I spoke to a woman named [redacted] on April ** 2014 at 8:15 am from National Grid, she check the records and they had not received the refund as of that date. there was no refund given on the [redacted] of march.
 
they did tell me that it was given and to wait for the process to work. I did and called on the [redacted] of April to check, no refund.

Review: Last summer "Energy Discounters LLC" took over my account of being my "Natural Gas supplier" through national grid.I did not consent to this,I do not even know how they did it? they have been charging me double, actually more than double what national grid would have charged.(National Grid = .51 a therm, the "discounters" = $1.07 a therm) for the same time period.They promised me a refund and to give me back to national grid, I am back with national grid but no refund was given.Twice a woman named [redacted] told me that the refund was given and to be patient with the proscess. that was over a month ago.I am a sixty two year old woman and I feel like I have been taken advantage of.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. what ever I paid over the national grid price I would like refunded, since they took me over as a customer last July.

Review: I am trying to contact the company to cancel my gas service since I realized that I am being charged more money buy using them. I have called there more than 10 times, left messages, and never received a call back from the company. I also sent them a email and just today, sent them a letter via usps.Desired Settlement: I just want my service with them terminated. The number I have for them is ###-###-####. I have tried every way to get in touch with them. I also had my daughter try to help me, but she encounted the same problems...
