We repaired this vehicle per the estimate his insurance company provided. We found additional damage and submitted 2 supplements to his insurance. I had to provide receipts to his insurance company for repairs done. We had to return a grill and get the correct one since the insurance company had...

figured the wrong one. this was a very big repair. with supplements it totaled over 14,000.00. A repair this big takes time to fix, we have to do it correctly. we warrenty all are repairs. His insurance company had to approve the first supplement so they made for a delay. the repair time for this vehicle was reasonable for the size of the repair.

I am rejecting this response because:the light switch was ordered as part of the $1600 panel switches was the incorrect one so the answer was to put in the old one as opposed to ordering the correct part. One of the horns is disconnected because they couldn't fix it. There are screes in places that there are supposed to be snap in bolts.
