Our split unit air conditioning unit malfunctioned at 1:30 in the morning on one of the hottest days of the year. I called ECI at 1:45 am and the answering service was courteous, professional, and said that someone would call me back within 30 minutes. Less than 5 minutes later, Chase called and said a tech would be at our home between 8:30 - 9:00 am that same day. Jeremy arrived right on time and repaired the unit. He was also courteous and friendly and took the time to show me how to clean the filters and made recommendations on ways to maintain the unit in-between tune ups. ECI did not charge us because the unit was installed 15 months ago, and was tuned up in April of this year. ECI's response time was amazing, and their customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

They just installed a new AC unit for our home which broke down unexpectedly in the middle of a heat wave. They had someone out to look at it within an hour of our call and we had a new unit installed 48 hours later. Again, their technicians were prompt and courteous and had the new unit installed in 2 1/2 hours. We've had two very good experiences with ECI and would highly recommend them.
