I'm not exactly sure how to respond to this complaint.  It has taken me by complete surprise.  The program we offer is completely legal including the homeopathic drops she refers to.  The program in its entirety was explained prior to purchase and she had full access to the...

supplements and their labeling.   She did have success with the program and it is unfortunate she didn't talk to us to work through the side effects she was experiencing, which is more likely a detox reaction after eating a very clean diet for a few days and burning fat as fuel.  There has never been any negative side effects associated with this program to my knowledge.  The drops do not promote the weight loss in the program, they are to help balance and support hormones.  It is a hormone balancing program and fast weight loss is a side effect.  This client must have been more focused on the weight loss and not the health benefits of hormone balancing.  She was not mislead.  Our program is legal and highly sought after.  The FDA does not regulate the supplement and homeopathic modalities.  The industry is very controversial because it isn't regulated at all.  As a small business owner, it is up to me to do due diligence in the programs I offer and I have done my thorough research.  In addition, my staff and I have all done the program before deciding to share it.   This costumer was offered an alternative homeopathic drop to ease her mind but wasn't interested at the time she met with my staff.  She made no attempts to reach me or talk to me about her concerns.

I was never offered different drops.  When I met with the staff in person, [redacted], she told me that there was no HCG in these drops despite the labeling on the bottle provides to me.  And when I asked her why was it listed in the ingredients she said she didn't know.  Actually both [redacted] and [redacted] had no idea of why the label read HCG!  I told [redacted] that I wanted the problem resolved and wanted a partial refund and she told me that I should of read the label that confirms what she so animatedly denies.  It was on [redacted]s recommendation that  I filed this complaint and she's an employee of this company.  I was told that I would get a conference call from the fast track "experts" that never happened.  It was never told to me that there was anyone beyond [redacted] and [redacted] that I should contact for a resolution.  I think it's unfortunate and as I stated before if I would have known that the drops contained HCG I would have Never agreed to be apart of this program.]
