We hired an new answering service in the period when she called us and that service sent them to a former employees extension instead of the proper line so we didn't know there was an issue until she posted on *** The owner personally responded asking for the opportunity to remedy Our office has called and left messages trying to offer help and free services to remedy but the customer has not responded This claim is not accurate There are no disputed amounts This customer shopped for an air filter at [redacted] and could not find her filter so she is upset about that We do not install weird filters They can be bought on amazon.com with minimal effortThat's what this is all about

Hardly anyBut Energy Guys does, every time Before calling Energy Guys at the end of summer last year, I had estimates from [redacted] *** -- ALL quoted higher than Energy Guys and none of them were as courteous and knowledgable as Energy Guys are [redacted] is the first Guy who came over to our house to give the estimateHe's the exact opposite of all the sales-y types who had been in our house previously -- [redacted] quietly went about the inspection, took photos for illustration, and spent a generous amount of time explaining why we had such ridiculously high energy bills and what they could do to help usAfter leaving, he communicated with my husband and me over a few days via e-mail & phone until we were satisfied with a game plan, and the great office team of [redacted] and [redacted] coordinated all else to get things started When the Guys arrived, they operated like a machineMy husband works from home, and believe it or not, he was still able to do concentrate while they did their work because they kept noise to a minimum, even though we never requested they do that -- this is how conscientious they areI talked with everyone in the crew and every single person on site impressed me with their expertise and professionalism [redacted] did a fabulous job of assembling a crew! We feel the improvements every single day in how comfortable our home is on both floors. This winter was harsh (for Texas) and we were so cozy. And of course we all know how brutal our summers get, so having air as COLD as I like it and a dehumidifier to boot will be a nice treat indeed.
When you're spending a large chunk of money to update a major system in your house, you don't want to skimp. Thankfully, with Energy Guys, not only did we get top-notch service but we got it at a competitive price. The cherry on top: We've been saving a sizable chunk of money off of our energy bill, so the loan we took out through [redacted] practically pays for itself. Can't get better than that.
