My wife and I attened a presentation regarding this product called [redacted] (THS). His business card showed the business name of E Logic LLC. I asked if the company had a Revdex.com accreditation. In July 2014 we had the Heat shield installed at a cost of
$3500. We were told that this was approved for both Federal tax credits and APS rebates. After 3 week I now find the company is not approved for APS rebates and that
Federal Tax Credit is questionable. I have tried to contact the company at 4 different contact phone numbers, all 4 numbers been disconnected. As for the product, so far we have not noticed any savings. Just another Senior who has been take to the cleaners.

In June of 2013 we contracted with this company to have a Thermal berrier installed in our attic at a cost of nearly $5000. After a very warm summer and house and high utility bills we ordered an Energy Audit to see where else we might be able to cut on the energy bill. The audit showed the only area of concern was in the corners of the attic. We were told that the thermal berrier should have been attached to the roof to keep the hot air out of the attic instead of to the floor rafters where it didn't even go all the way to the corners. As it was, it was pretty much worthless. I wrote the company to find out what they would do about it and they didn't even bother to reply to my letter. I took this to mean they would do nothing about it. We were just out the money since we were senior citizens who did not climb up the ladder into the attic to make sure it was installed properly. Assuming that we would have known in the first place what a proper insulation would be.

I like the concept and chose to have the insulation installed on my rafters. Whey the installers came out and said it couldn't be installed on the rafters so we called the salesman who said they would credit the money back into my account but it would take two weeks.
Two weeks later I called the salesman back because the money had not been credited back into my account and he said he called the office and they assured him the money had been credited into my account so I waited another week and credit.
I called the 1-855-722-5100 number on top of the contract and it was disconnected so I called my credit card company and put in a dispute.
I never had the material installed in my attic and don't know what kind of workmanship would have been done but I did have a bad experience with them.

To whom it may concern:

We have addressed Ms [redacted] several times. She has an agreement in place and because she decided to alter her home, she now wants a refund after a year to pay for a new air conditioner and windows. We offered her several solutions, and none of them where to her...

liking. So she contacts the Revdex.com and trys to create harm to our business. We have thousands of happy and satisfied customers

I'm very happy with their product and customer service.

I have not altered my home. And did not ask for air conditioner or windows. He only told me he wanted me to wait another 6 months. I have this in my home for 2 years now not 1 year. He did not give me any other solutions. He never calls back. He was very rouge and not willing to discuss any other solutions with me. I the contract I forwarded to you it states that if I am not satisfied a refund will be made. Please review this contact that I faxed to you.Thank you all you help[redacted]
