This business over promised and under-delivered on the services I was to receive. I contacted this company to assist in fixing our HVAC unit on a rental property back in Q4 of 2013. They came to the property and diagnosed the issue and shared w/ me that a part needed to be ordered. I was to get a call back the next day which did not happen. I called back the next day to hear that the part was not in stock and that it would have to be ordered which would take a couple of days and that I would receive a call back to get it installed once it was received. I never received that call back. At this point I assumed that this company called my tenant and took care of the install w/ them.
That brings us to now. I'm about to remodel this property since the tenants have moved out and had the electricity turned on to get ready to work on the house. I come to find out that the part was never installed and the issue I had that was to be fixed months ago was not completed. I called and eventually got to [redacted] who originally came to the house to do the work. He recalled the situation and mentioned that all he would need to do is come back to the house and get a serial number of the unit. He said he will follow up w/ me the next day to come to the property as it will only take 15 min. I agreed and that he can call me between 12:00-2:00pm. The call never came. I called the next day and spoke to a receptionist and went through the same dance... "we can meet you at the house the next day between 12:00-2:00". I asked for a call first so I can leave the office and be at the property within 10 min. Again... the call never came. I followed up again to finally meet someone at the property by the name of Bryan. He was nice, prompted and said that he will make sure the job gets complete and he will call me once he is able to find the part and schedule the work to be done.
Later that day I did receive a call back from [redacted] to find out that the part installed is $800+ all of which was WELL OVER (125% more) the price point I was quoted 6 months earlier. [redacted] said he would call me back once he talked w/ [redacted]. I receive the call back from [redacted] to say they can do the work for $585+.
I've kindly told [redacted] "Thank You but no Thank You".
My experience with this company is one that is beyond repair. To drop the ball once, I'm one to forgive but to give them a chance to redeem themselves for a mistake only to drop the ball a few more times and then insult me w/ a quote to do a job well beyond what it was going to be done for in the beginning... No thanks.
