We have had problems with a unit they installed yrs agoCalls for service are a joke.They have lied to us so many times and have had little success with getting a return callEither it is answered and no call back or it goes to voice mail
For the rd time in as many weeks the unit is out.Sam, the owner, did come out and said he found nothing wrong
Jan 12,his son Jesse M*** came out to service the unit for $He said he had a stamp when given our check.Later found out he made it out to himself and cashed it
Sam claimed he was sick and Jesse needed parts but this didn't sound like a good business practice

I was told I needed additional insulation in my attic, along with a new unit. I paid for both at the time the unit was installed, because I was told the insulation would be done the next day. 2 weeks later, no insulation installed. Called the tech and was told another week. 2 weeks later, still no insulation. Called the office, and they said it would be taken care of. 2 weeks after that, still no insulation. Asked for a refund and waited almost 2 weeks for a check, that they told me 3 different times had already been mailed out. I also realized after the unit ran for 2 months, that they did not even put a filter in the unit. You give people the benefit of the doubt, and then you realize they were trying to take advantage of you the whole time.............Disappointed
