Great service, on time, great crew, very efficient.

[redacted] from Energy Masters was the only one who would take on the problem we had. A local contractor had just built us a carport attached to our home and the gutter on one corner leaked. I called this contractor a number of times and each time all he did was add more and more caulk to the gutter where it became a huge blobby mess. The contractor even became belligerent with me the last time I called and said I was lying. [redacted] took the time to come out on a Sunday, break down the problem, and take it on. Within a couple of days, [redacted] was out himself to fix the issue. We were extremely impressed as he worked in the dark to fix the problem before the rain came the next day. [redacted] even came back a few days later to make sure the issue was sufficiently fixed. All I can say is thanks [redacted] and the next time we need you, we'll be calling.

My mom's house needed a new roof after 30-40 years with her present roof. I thought of Energy Masters right away. I saw several of their postings and read the reviews. I was very impressed.
So I contacted Jim for a quote and advised what my mom was looking for in shingles. He gave us a great quote, great warranty (manufacture and workmanship).
A week later he started and completed in one day my moms roof. It was not an easy roof to work on, being a 45 degree angle roof.
He had a large crew,tore off 4 layers, yes 4 layers of roof. Energy Masters crew worked efficiently and did a great job!
Jim is great to work with. He communicates with you about all the aspects of the job and is on the job site most of the time.
I highly recommend Energy Masters for all your home needs. My mother and I felt very comfortable with Jim and his quote and no surprises along with his excellent Revdex.com and Angies List rating.

There aren't enough avail. characters to list all of the reasons how and why I am so pleased, so I will sum up [redacted] and his crew by saying this: Besides being extremely knowledgeable, and a great problem solver, [redacted] is a guy who I found to be a perfectionist, paid attention to ALL details, no matter how small, and someone who takes great pride in his work.

I am very pleased with the care and quickness of the roofing job. Jim was thorough in his pre-construction analysis and his crew was quick and cleaned up so there is no evidence of a new roof.
