Since that time I have called a
David C***, the owner of DC Pools, had provided service on our pool that he said required us to purchase a new liner, which we agreed to do He told us we needed to pay cash up front, and because he came to us through a reputable company with which we have done business for several years, we gave him the cash He did apparently place an order for the new liner, but he never delivered nor installed it Nor did he complete the removal of tree limbs from our yard, for which he was also paidHe has not returned phone calls and has cut off all communication
Didn't complete work he was paid in full for ($1000), left felled trees and did not grind stumps that were agreed upon
