I have purchased (3) Viaticles through them and am concerned one of them is a part of a Ponzi scheme since I cannot get straight information from them
I received a letter telling me that one of my ($50,000) investment is possibly a Ponzi scheme being investigated by the S.E.C I cannot get assurances from AF that this investment is good and cannot get an update on the other two $50k investments The Following is the History:
8/19/XXXX X:XX PM - Received the Following Email from *** *** informing me that the Berman investment had matured
8/19/XXXX X:XX PM - Received Email from *** *** that it was a mistake
8/19/XXXX X:XX PM - Responded to the 8/19, 3:email by asking for update on investments and asking how such a mistake could be made - RECEIVED NO RESPONSE
On or around 12/7/- Received Letter with U.SSECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION as letterhead telling me that my Berman Policy investment is possibly a Ponzi Scheme
