What an unfortunate set of circumstancesWhat the customer has failed to say is that he originally called me approximately days after the contract had been signed to say that he was in financial duress and asked if I would let him out of the contractI told him that we had already ordered the windows and that I could not do it as they were custom ordered windowsThey proceeded to call the finance company to make a complaint and after a three way call to the customer the customer relented and decided to go ahead with the projectAnd so I thought we were on our way to completing the contractThat is until we called to have our installer come over to make a final inventory list of materials to be ordered for the jobAt this time the customer refused to let him come to his home and reiterated that he was going to continue down the road of a breech of contractNone of the customers allegations are trueThey have attempted to defame me and my company because they do not wish to honor their word and do what they said they were going to do

I am rejecting this response because:I don't believe the windows were ever ordered, as the business claimsIf they were, the business would have provided a receipt, tracking number, order form, or something verifying that the Windows were orderedThis business has lied to us, and they're lying again on this websiteAssuming I don't hear from them again, I'll consider the matter resolved

The customer is sadly mistakenThey are in breech of contract and have refused to allow us to fulfill our contractThey had a three day period of cancellation and exceeded it by several weeks when requesting to cancel the order when they did and have chosen to argue over whether the windows were ordered or not which has no bearing upon their breechI am left with no choice but to pursue this matter in court as my attorney has already sent them a letter notifying them of our intent
