Review: In February I had a problem with heating and asked for a service. Technician arrived opened a cover of the furnace, took out 4 screws, checked the tempature and covered everything back. I paid bill for the visit $175 (including vehicle charge?). 2 hrs after he left, I realized that the heat is not working, so I spent over 90 min retracing his steps and discovered that one extra wire was conected. I disconnected it and the heat started working again. A month later I had a similar situation and called the company asking not to send the same person (explaining what happend last time), dispatcher told me that he will send someone else. 3 hrs later the same technician arrived. This time I was behind his back all the time. Again, he opened the cover and determined that there is nothing wrong. I showed him what happend last time and told him that in my opinion there is something blocking the fan, after which he told me that one part needs to be replaced. Since the price was very high, I told him that I will think about it. He left after 20 min. without asking for a payment. Over a month later I received a bill that included his visit, a part and the labor. After calling company's office 3 times and leaving a message for one of the managers, I tossed out the bill. Someone called from the office and I explained that there was a mistake. This person agreed and said that a new bill will be generated, when I asked for what, he told me that it was for the service call. I tried to explain that they should be refunding my payment since I had to correct technician's mistakes from his first visit.Desired Settlement: I would like Energy Technologies to cancel their invoice of $175 for technician's visit that lasted 20 min and absolutaly nothing has been done. Heat is working till this day without new part.
