Review: Today my girl friend car broke down. We called for a tow and said that it would only be 55 dollars. We told them the address University Ave in San Diego and said it still be 55 dollars. They told us 15 mins they would be there. 25 mins later the driver shows up and is in the wrong spot, I had to walk to him and guide us to the right spot. During the drive the driver supervisor [redacted] called and started to cuss him out in front of my girlfriend asking where their going. He said it was suppose to go to Palm and we never mentioned anything about palm avenue. He told us it would cost 100 45 dollars more the then price they said it would be. I had to pay it or they wouldn't release the car but when I called the manager he yelled at me saying no you said Palm avenue and I never said anything about palm. He refused to lower the price and said I was lying. Horrible customer service and unprofessional practices by yelling at the driver which also cause him to go the wrong way when taking the car to the destination. I paid the driver 100 dollars cash and he apologized for his supervisor saying he a real [redacted] The driver was just doing his job and was doing what he was told.Desired Settlement: I want my money back I was 100% dissatisfied and feel they should retrain the supervisor on communication skills since he had the wrong placed written down.
