Energy Windows

Loved my experience with Energy Windows. They just installed our new windows today and they look beautiful, function easily, and are already cooling our house better than our old aluminum frame windows. The process was simple and straightforward, from sales to paperwork to installation. Everyone was clean, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm looking forward to seeing our energy bills this summer!

We are very pleased with the windows that we had installed last Feb. When we had the salesman out to the house we were very impressed with the demonstration. He was very informative with he options that they offered, and did not push one over the other. We decided to go with the windows and glad we did. Our electric bill was the cheapest ever this summer. We opted to get just the windows in the front of our house (south facing) done first. We definitely will be using Energy Windows when we have the rest of our house done.

I had all of the windows in my house upgraded to triple pane vinyl, along with a new arcadia (sliding glass) door. From the sales gentleman [redacted] all the way to the installation crew, everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends.

The follow-up with technician and owner reinforced my commitment to my investment in these windows. The enhanced construction which encases the windows is exceptionally superior to others I have researched. The window installers were EXCEPTIONALLY proficient in their craft compared to the previous folks who replaced my windows 3 years ago. Our experience with Energy Windows in Mesa, AZ 85210 was positive from the start. It began with a product presentation that was highly informative and didn’t involve any attempts to up sell us. The presenters then showed us some of the damage our windows had developed over the years, did some measurements and offered a 90-day estimate—all at no cost. We had plenty of time to talk things over ourselves before making a commitment. Since it’s a big investment, we decided to half of our windows at that time and half at a later date. They locked in the same price for the latter installation! There was a follow-up with a technician to get exact measurements and set a time and date for installation. The installers did a fantastic job and cleaned up as they worked. We are very pleased with our new triple-pane windows. The enhanced construction encases the windows and looks fabulous. The folks at Energy Windows are fabulous. Several months after our new windows were installed, our dog went a little nuts and tore 3 of the screens. We called to see what we needed to do to repair or replace the screen, and the next day someone came out and fixed them at no additional cost. I highly recommend Energy Windows. Our power bill has dropped significantly, the windows look great, and the service is top-notch.

They explained their window specifications well, were able to give me a reasonable price (I had already checked around a few other places), and did a great job on the install.

I just wanted to take this time to state how happy I am with Energy Windows. The entire process from start to finish has been a joy. Energy Windows has kept me informed from day 1. The sales reps were very knowledgeable and personable. The scheduling was prompt and the installer was professional and courteous. The quality of these triple pane windows is unmatched with anything I have seen. I cannot wait to see the savings that I gain from having these windows.

WELL I GUESS I'M THE FIRST THAT WASN'T HAPPY THEY PROMISE A LOT AND THEY DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH. DON'T GET ME WRONG THE PRESENTATION WAS AWESOME. WAS TOLD SOUND GETS CUT DOWN MINE DON'T DO THAT I CAN HERE THE TRAIN 5 MILES AWAY AND THE NEIGHBORS DOGS WOW THEY ARE ANNOYING. WAS DEMONSTRATED WITH A LIGHT HOW HEAT DOES NOT GO THROUGH THEIR WINDOW WELL THE ONES THEY INSTALLED GET REALLY HOT AND YOU CAN'T TOUCH THEM AND NOW THAT IT'S COLD IT FEELS LIKE THE WINDOWS ARE OPEN. MY BILL WENT FROM $90 UP TO $300 AND THEY ALSO PROMISE THAT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO TELL THAT NEW WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED WELL NOW I HAVE TO HIRE SOMEONE TO FIX MY HOUSE CUS YOU CAN TELL AND THEY DAMAGED MY HOUSE. TRIED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT AND JUST KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND :( IF ANYTHING PEOPLE SHOULD GO WITH ECO SUN SYSTEMS THEY PROMISE THE SAME THING AND ARE WAY CHEAPER.

A pleasurable service, the sales guy, the install guys, and the loan lady all were very helpful.

The sales representative was courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and he was not pushy which we appreciated. He went through all of the options with us explained the ordering process. He answered all of the questions that we had, which were many. We were very comfortable making such a large investment with Energy Windows. The entire experience all the way through installation was a breeze. The installers completed there work in a very timely fashion and were very efficient and also courteous. I have three large dogs and they also worked around them too(which they could have told me to put them in a room)! I also appreciated the follow-up from our original sales rep. He came to our home and made sure that we were satisfied. Not many companies do this. Amazing company! Should I have the need, I will do business with them again and will certainly recommend this company to friends and family.

We really feel comfortable with the new energy windows, there are much better than any others we have looked at. The installer did a great job, worked well and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend these windows to anyone looking for energy savings.

The sales people were knowledgeable and personable. The prices are very reasonable and the windows are very high quality. The installers did a great job and were spotlessly clean. After the install the sales people came back to visit to make sure we were 100% happy with the product and the job they did. I am 100% happy and would recommend Energy Windows without reservation.

I had 2 Energy Windows installed in my living room several years ago. I was immediately impressed by how quiet my house became. The barking dogs, honking horns and general neighborhood noise could no longer be heard inside my home. I loved the way the windows matched the exterior of the house and blended so well with the interior as well. I liked that I could open either side of the windows to ' catch the breeze' and lock them in place. I was so impressed, that I replaced 2 patio doors within the past year. I am so impressed with the professional conduct, and reliability of this company, their prompt service & on-time scheduling is unusual in dealing with many contractors. I feel safer in my home because of the security of their product and I feel this company and their employees are exceptional in the work they do and product they provide. I have recommended them to my friends.
