Greg G[redacted], Anthony G[redacted] (His father) and their companies are unprofessional, unethical and are being sued for fraud. In addition to the alleged fraud we have proof that the G[redacted](s) presented estimates as bills (for work never done) as well as potentially altered bills to inflate monies owed.
Further, AMEX has disputed over $70,0000 of materials on our behalf and sided with us against a a merchant (a building supply house) where materials were purchased on our credit card for use on other customers job sites (we've alleged). Additionally we've also allege that the G[redacted]'s purchased materials on our credit card and later returned them for store credit to the G[redacted] master account at the building supply house rather than to the client credit card. The case is currently pending in the Suffolk County Court system and is eye opening. The documents from this case will be posted for easy reference on AvoidG[redacted] Dot Com which will be live in mid June 2016. For those who are considering either [redacted] (Tony G[redacted]) or Energywise Construction Solutions LLC, (Greg G[redacted]) do so at your own peril, or at the very least please read our lawsuit.
