Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I did not ransack items or authorize Chipman to throw anything away I also called them to retrieve items bit they dis not. Also they had me contact Chipman for repayment. They did all this damage to my property in less than an hour. They we're suppose to pack items only and not move anything until the following day. The items were left like the picture showsSincerely,[redacted]

This is in response to the Revdex.com complaint dated June 9, 2017, concerning services provided by Chipman Relocations to Ms. [redacted].  
Chipman Relocations is under contract with [redacted]p to provide moving services to tenants of the Hunter Point Homes complex in San Francisco who have...

been displaced to accommodate construction activities at the complex.        
Under these circumstances Chipman has no contract directly with Ms.[redacted] or with any of the tenants who are the beneficiaries of these services.  Our contractual obligation is to Autotemp, and is limited to performing services as specified in the agreement or as otherwise may be specifically authorized by them through their on-site consultant.  
On the day of the move highly skilled movers were advised by Ms. [redacted] of items to be packed and moved and items to be disposed of. Disposal items were packed and moved outside of Ms. [redacted] apartment. At some point after the movers left Ms. [redacted] residence, the neatly stacked boxes of disposable items were ransacked. Items from the boxes were dumped into pile near where the movers placed them. This made quite a mess.
Ms. [redacted]’ claim that the movers deliberately destroyed her possessions is simply not accurate. However, Chipman paid Ms. [redacted] a sum of $1000 in good faith for
items she claimed to be missing. Chipman recently moved Ms. [redacted] goods from storage to her renovated apartment.  Ms. [redacted] denied our second good faith offering of $500.
