Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The purpose of this compliant to receive a resolution in the from of a refundIt is not to assign blame, but to bring awareness to the practices of Energy Rich Coaching/Business Miracles business that led to my experience of feeling misleadI have never had any conversations with the owner, Heather Dominick -K***I have had conversation with one of her trained coachesI contacted the Business Miracles coaching programContacting the company is the first step in order to get informationI wanted information about the Miracle Business coaching program onlyIt's their business practice to set time aside (60-minutes) to speak to potential clients and discuss the program over the phoneTheir investment of hours is little compared to what is charged for the programThe price is imbedded in the cost of the programCoaches must have genuine care for people, not marketing strategies in the back of their minds on how to hook people into a program and close a dealThe hours spent with a client is a minimum amount of time to build trust and rapportThat time needs to be used productively, not in creating a script of how great the company is or it's founder, not in leading clients into assumptions and not into gaining personal sensitive information about the client to use as another marketing tool for the companies financial gainInstead, let the client have experience of the program for a monthBe truthful, is it a fit?
In fact, part of the hours time would have been much better served, explaining the main foundation in which the business runs, which is the agreementIt is through the agreement that the company controls the client and their financial investmentIt is through the agreement that the company claims no responsibility for what they say or do, yet they claim the right to a client's moneyThe failure to disclose the details and invest the time in the importance of this document, in the coaching conversations, considering it is business coaching program, breeds distrustI feel embarrassed and ashamed for having trusted the coach and this business, thinking they had my best interest at heartI has open and honestRevealing personal information, believing the coach was sincere tooOur conversations were a strong foundation built on true trust, or so I thoughtI believed the words of the coach, and her assurancesLooking back, there was some sincerity, but it was lost in the pressure to enroll me and close the dealI agreed to the program of business coaching, as discussed with the coachCoaching conversations is the core method used to introduce potential clients to a coaching programEnergy Rich Coaching/Business Miracles used coaching conversations to build rapport and trust with me, it is the coaching/enrollment technique used to entice me into the program, the coaching conversations are more valid than the agreementThe agreement was not mentioned or not given importance, it was sent to me as a the next logistical step, a formality to get started in the programI trusted that the coach was revealing all the pertinent information during our conversationsWith regards to payment, the charges for this program are still under disputeI did not tell the coach to charge the full amount on my credit cardI had to check my financesI was going to pay by checkThe sum of 5,is a lot for me to handleThis charge was done automatically and in error and perhaps something was missedI believed client services would contact me for the remainder of the balance around January ***I did not get the chance to tell them that I closed my business and their services were not necessaryI was not fully informedI cannot speak to the company's complete philosophy, only the parts I gathered from speaking with the coach and the content within their programThe Business Miracles program is based on the metaphysical text A Course in MiraclesI am uncomfortable with the text being used as a resource in this programThe more I suppressed this discomfort, the more I realized I could not be a part of this programThe program and I were not a matchWith regards to the content of marketing and selling skills, there are many marketing and selling practices that are considered acceptable, but if looked at with deeper integrity, they are misleadingA coach is making a personal connection and building trust, that connection is not to be violated for the sake of selling or financial profitJust because you can sell ice to an Eskimo, does not mean you shouldFor me, the appropriate ethical resolution is to receive a refund.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
