I contacted the rebate center, they confirm that the customer, *** *** did not provide a sales receipt with his submission, that’s why his submission got rejected. Then I contacted the customer, and please see the below messages. Based on the “terms and conditions’ that stated in
the rebate form, End User must keep copes of all materials sent. Due to missing the sales receipt, it’s so hard for us to negotiate with the rebate center. FYI, the rebate center did us a lot of favors for those complaints that you sent to us. The aim is to solve the problem and make the customer feel satisfiedPlease kindly contact the customer regarding this situation. If you have any other issue, please feel free to contact us

to retain it's customers, we have resolved this case by making the exception as it seems the customer genuinely only submitted for 1 rebate.

I believe I followed their instructions about the rebate submission. I don't get this duplicate UPC number that they're saying. The fact was there was only one rebate submitted. It appears from their response that they will be sending me the rebate after all (after many months). If I still do not receive it, I will post a complaint again.
