We have contacted the bank to determine whether this was a sole account or joint account at the time of the garnishmentThe bank informs us that the joint account holder (the individual to who is a judgment defendant regarding a matter currently with our office) was removed after the bank was served with the garnishmentNonetheless, in the interest of resolving this matter, I have instructed my staff to issue a release of garnishment to the bank today, releasing the funds back to Mr [redacted] The funds should be available to Mr [redacted] within the next few business days Very truly yours, [redacted] W [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this issue. We have a valid judgment against an individual who has a joint account with *** ***. Legally, we have not pursued anything that we have not be entitled to do. A letter was sent to the individual we have a judgment
against from BankWest informing them of Garnishment. We are happy to discuss any issues with the judgment debtor to discuss an amicable resolution to the unsatisfied judgment

We have contacted the bank to determine whether this was a sole account or joint account at the time of the garnishment. The bank informs us that the joint account holder (the individual to who is a judgment defendant regarding a matter currently with our office) was removed after the bank was served with the garnishment. Nonetheless, in the interest of resolving this matter, I have instructed my staff to issue a release of garnishment to the bank today, releasing the funds back to Mr. [redacted]. The funds should be available to Mr. [redacted] within the next few business days.  Very truly yours, [redacted] W. [redacted].

We have followed up with ADP regarding Ms. [redacted]'s concerned. According to them, the garnishment release was processed on 8/17/16. We are not sure why a deduction was taken thereafter and have no control over that. However, ADP informs us that the deduction was added back to Ms. [redacted]'s 10/25/16 paycheck. If Ms. [redacted] would like to contact me directly regarding this matter, I can be reached at ###-###-####. [redacted] W. [redacted], Attorney in the Practice of Debt Collection.

Thank for your allowing the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]’s concerns. Upon a review of the file, it appears that we did honor requests for letter confirming the settlement. When a modification was requested by a third party Title Company, we had to wait until we had authorization from Ms....

[redacted] to provide the Title Company with an updated response that contained their requested information.   Additionally, the satisfaction of judgment was filed with the court on September 27th. Also, upon receipt of the settlement funds, we issued a release of garnishment. We did not receive a $400+ payment following the settlement, as referenced by Ms. [redacted], and would request that Ms. [redacted] speak to her employer regarding the whereabouts of those funds.   If additional information is required, please feel free to contact me. [redacted] W. [redacted]

This response that I received is inaccurate. I have receipt of that garnishment that they DID receive the $426.35 (they they would owe back to me) from ADP, and I have it attached. In addition, much like all the conversations I've had with [redacted] suggested I contact him, but left no direct contact information. Regards,
