I moved to my current address on July 28, I was provided with my "final bill" back in July or August of for my previous addressIt is now November and I received FOUR bills in the mail yesterday (All dated November 2, 2018)One, was a final bill for my previous address of $I also haven't been billed at my new address since I moved hereI am very diligent with bill payments and have always paid my billsI check my account monthly to ensure bills have been paidI made a payment of $to them on September 27, (which I assumed was my bill, which apparently was a sfee, which is rather funny since I can be billed for a sfee but not my actual bills) These four bills total $(including the price for my final bill at my old address) [redacted] I immediately phoned Alectra the following day [redacted] I spent an hour on the p

Alectra Sent me Bill in June and then stopped sending the billAnd then suddenly sent me bill for months of $and expect me to pay this bill When Asked they said that this happened because they were upgrading there billing system They never gave me any information that my account will be impacted because of there system upgradeRather they told me that bill will be on monthly basis as it will be more manageable and gave impression on web that they have already got payments already for whole year Now I am in trouble to arrange this amountCustomer Service of this company is equally bad

I was being charged $dollars for days for the water at house I was renting out between tenants leaving and new tenants moving in The lease was up for my previous tenant at my rental property on March 23, I had a new tenant move in at April 1, There were Days between the old tenant leaving and the new ones coming in No body was in the residence between that time I received a bill stating that I owe $for the water and waste water that was used I thought it was a mistake and called customer service The first guy said, "oh there must have been a mistake in the reading of the meter and to check the number us call back." When I called back the second time the lady said it doesn't matter what the reading is the city charges you a flat fee for water regardless if you use it or not I thought that is very unfair because they charged my old tenants $for water at the end of their lease and then they charge me $for the days the bill was in my name She wouldn't let me speak to the supervisor and said there's nothing you can do about it because we charge you for the city ***

We had an issue in our finished basement with the washing machine and outlets powering down Chuck in Control Room oversaw the service call which was dispatched the following morning I was able to follow up same day and Chuck took time and patience explaining what was determined and rectified in the service call I also explained that the issue persisted and he did a check while I was on the phone He said all systems were goWe later determined the issue was the machine and not the outlets I must tell you, it is always refreshing and pleasing to encounter individuals who take pride in their work, obviously enjoy it and are highly proficient Well done Chuck, you most assuredly understand the value of excellent customer service Bravo!

I called this company to get services connected at ** *** st upper aptI'm moving on July ***
I explained to their employee ***
That I have had previous services with *** and ***I've never had a late payment or a disconnected noticeMy bills were always paid on time*** Refused to connect service in my nameHe falsely accused me of owing $I asked to speak to a managerAs I didn't live at the address he saidHe refused me a managerI called back in spoke to a female managerDidn't get her nameShe was ***, refused to look into the issueTold me oh well too badIf you want hydro in your name you will just have to pay this amount or go without hydro

This hydro company refuses to give me the $credit on my final hydro billI have had nothing but issues with this company the whole time I was with themI called to request my credit Oct and spoke to ***( csr) and *** ( supervisor)They once again falsely accused me of owing money on another account which was not mineThis has been an ongoing issue the whole time I had service with them
It got so bad that I literally moved to another city just to get away from having to do business with their awful company

why dos this company get to put a lien on my property for unpaid water bills by my tennant, under their name? This is really wrongBut also they wont turn off the water on my requestTherefore dont use me as a pawn to collect your moneysomething is very very wrong with thisPlease do something about it

In the last two months of electricity from May to June 20/18; and June to July 25/our bill have increased Doble and triple the amount we normally paidWe called and the reason was to much hot.We are only persons,and we do not spend more that usually and also we haven't bought any new electrical gadgets and the AC is the same always hadPlease I would like you to review the bill; and see if there is a mistake on itThanks
