The company claims to have been in contact with *** on my behalf, however whenever I contact *** they have no record of having beeen sent the documents Sunsvision claims to have sentI have also asked on multiple occasions for the manager to contact me to resolve this issue, which still has not happenedAlthouh the charges were processed by ***, they were charged due to an error in providing the correct documentation on the shipper (Sunvision)'s partThe company needs to take accountability for their mistakes and correct it by providing me with a refund and dealing with *** on their own

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and although this resolution is NOT satisfactory to me, I am considering the matter resolved.This company has given me endless excuses and still has not provided me with consistent informationI hope other buyers can use my experience to help them to not make the same mistake I did in shopping online with this companyIt would have been very easy for them to resolve my issue months ago by refunding me all or some of the money and dealing with *** to be refunded, but instead they provided inconsistent information and endless excuses about why they couldn't help me, including differing daily stories about where the manager was so that I would never be able to speak to himThis was an incredibly disappointing experience, and again, I hope this deters any future customers.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseAs you can tell by the dates provided by the business itself, there are twenty (20) days between the order date of 1/* and the refund date of 1/*** She mentions that I agreed to wait and then a couple days later changed my mindThis is not trueIf it was, why would the business wait two weeks to issue a refund? I appreciate her willingness to cancel the order once communication was establishedHowever, it took me several days and numerous email and chat attempts to get through to the business.

To whom it may concern:Please be advised that the customer placed an order for a pair of Dolce Gabanna prescription sunglassesThe custome chose PayPal as a method of paymentAfter the order was submitted the customer tried to change the default shipping address, however, it is not allowed
via PayPal gateway and therefore, it was shipped as originally submittedFurthermore, all products are inspected by several layers of quality controls before the dispatch process and no defects were notedAdditionally, we always take any customer's complaint or concern very seriously , however the customer never contacted us with respect to the quality issue Please notify the customer that we are willing to accommodate any customer needs, however, there is no validity in current complaint. 1) If it is the case that you would not be able to change the address, than your employee should not have told me repeatedly that the order would be delivered in the new address.2) I did not contact you regarding the quality problems, due to your inability to give a satisfactory answer to my previous complaintI will do that now, hoping to have better luck this time

Please be advised that the customer contacted us directly and all of the issues were addressed and resolved. Customer is satisfied with the service and recently placed a new order with us.

To whom it may concern:The customer has contacted us with the issue regarding the custom fees at the time the package was still in possession of [redacted]. We have contacted [redacted] on customer's behalf trying to resolve the unreasonable custom fees that were applied to the package. [redacted] has confirmed that the...

fees were based on the value of the package that was assumed to be in Canadian dollars. We have advised the [redacted] that the value displayed is in US dollars and therefor, the custom fees should be adjusted accordingly. [redacted] has agreed to adjust the fees and asked us to send the supporting documents. We have forwarded all information to [redacted] and advised the customer to not pick up the package until the fees will be adjusted. Unfortunately, the customer picked up the package next morning and paid the fees. Customer has contacted us couple of days later and asked for the refund of the fees that she paid at customs. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a refund for the fees that were wrongfully charged via [redacted]. We have contacted [redacted] again, and asked to resolve the issue. [redacted] advised us the the customer would need to resolve the issue directly with them since the fees were charged and paid by the customer.
