To whom it may concern:The customer has contacted us with the issue regarding the custom fees at the time the package was still in possession of ***We have contacted [redacted] on customer's behalf trying to resolve the unreasonable custom fees that were applied to the package [redacted] has confirmed that the fees were based on the value of the package that was assumed to be in Canadian dollarsWe have advised the [redacted] that the value displayed is in US dollars and therefor, the custom fees should be adjusted accordingly [redacted] has agreed to adjust the fees and asked us to send the supporting documentsWe have forwarded all information to [redacted] and advised the customer to not pick up the package until the fees will be adjustedUnfortunately, the customer picked up the package next morning and paid the feesCustomer has contacted us couple of days later and asked for the refund of the fees that she paid at customsUnfortunately, we are not able to provide a refund for the fees that were wrongfully charged via ***We have contacted [redacted] again, and asked to resolve the issue [redacted] advised us the the customer would need to resolve the issue directly with them since the fees were charged and paid by the customerWe have notified the customer accordingly.Best Regards, [redacted] ***
Please be advised that the customer contacted us directly and all of the issues were addressed and resolved. Customer is satisfied with the service and recently placed a new order with us.
