We regret that Mr*** had difficulty with our warranty processHis installer refused to go through his distributor (who
he originally bought the unit through)This is standard procedure for this industry and the installer knew that, yet chose to try his own pathThis created a stop-gap that is in place to monitor warranty claimsWe have to have certain procedures and our are very, very simple when followedThe installer was told time and again to make the claim with his distributor, who we are set up withThe stubbornness created the delay, then we did drop the ball internally a couple of days, due to changing our smooth process to take care of Mr***The labor charged by his installer is between the two of them, we offer $labor allowance to change a faulty air coilIf the installer would have submitted the warranty as he knew he was supposed to, the coil would have shipped that day or the nextIt works every time when following directionsOur process cannot be any smoother when followedI have nothing more that can be altered here to make things better because it works well for all of our other customers

In reference to the above Revdex.com complaint, I have received full payment for the repair costs from Enertech and am fully satisfied.  I appreciate Mr. [redacted]'s actions to resolve this matter and request that the Revdex.com close the case with my positive review of Enertech Geo. Enertech did attempt to respond and sent the attached letter along with check number [redacted] dated 2/14/17 to the address associated with the original letter from Mr. [redacted].  As of today we are showing that this check has not cleared our bank and so we need Mr. [redacted] to verify his information...

so we can void the original check and issue him a new one.
