[redacted] interest was transferred by EnerVest's predecessor; no royalties are being held under the name [redacted] Attempted to call land owner 11/but phone not answered and did not receive option to leave message Mailing letter explaining interest previously transferred as well as letters to land owner in advising the interest of [redacted] had been transferred

I am writing on behalf of EnerVest Operating, L.L.Cin response to your July 9, letter regarding a complaint from *** *** in *** *** The purpose of this e-mail is to let you know that EnerVest has resolved Ms***’s concerns.

EnerVest disputes Mr***'s claim that it is holding unpaid funds under his mother's name A letter explaining EnerVest's position has been sent to Mr***'s attorney and he has been advised to contact the appropriate company representative if he would like to discuss further

I consider this complaint resolved. Company did finally refund the $1,014.84.Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complain[redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  I am currently waiting on contact from the other company involved in this mess.  As long as enervest assists diversified in the manner discussed if contacted by diversified I consider this matter resolved

I called and spoke to [redacted] and advised that the pipeline in question had been sold to [redacted] [redacted] in April and that was who she would need to get any applicable setback requirements from.  I explained that several wells had been sold to [redacted] and...

they may not have had a chance to incorporate all of the files into their system.  I gave her my contact information and told her to feel free to pass it onto her contact at [redacted] and I would help provide any applicable information that I could.  I followed up the phone call with an email that included my contact information reiterating all of the above.
