We got a phone from PicCell for my daughter to use in Australia, trying to avoid huge international bills What a joke She could call the US for "free" from the Piccell app but it didn't work Ended up with an additional charge She could not connect to any wifi and when we finally did - the calls had so many echos we couldn't speak to each other We spent $for nothing Then before she even got back from her trip was charged another $for not returning the simm card They had the dates she was going to be out of the country - why couldn't they give us a few more days to return the simm card? Why ask for the dates in the first place? Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in customer service - I tried and tried and always got a recording saying they had too many calls Now that she is back and we want some satisfaction - they said there is nothing they can do because we never placed a call to complain! Neither one of us could get thru to customer service - we finally gave up and used facetime when she was on wifi Total waste of money - people are rude and this is a big scam What a racket - stay far away from this mess!!!!!

They phone they provide us a cheap$phone we found on amazonThis was not the phone I was led to believe I had purchasedThey lied and said they sent me an email with my code which magically appeared after I sent my email about reporting them.emailswhen you called and tried to soak to a live person, your call is disconnectedThe company withdrew money from money from account after I cancelled the serviceThey claimed they were going to refund me however they charged me an additional $ A month later and we are still trying to get it resolved
