Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] ( [redacted] ) Response to Customer's Statement of the Problem:We offered the service, which was the hour guard course that included live scanning, all fees related to process for the guard card permit i.eDOJ fees, FBI fees, Live Scan fees, BSIS state license fees and training certificateWe assisted with the setup of the new online Breeze BSIS account for faster processing of their guard card application, which included us uploading PDF forms so processing of the guard card permit would be streamlinedClass was taken on April 21, Guard card permit was issued April 28, Within days both were hired to work in security earning a paycheck, because they had the licenses fast, they were able to start working right away.According to the Revdex.com statement by [redacted] ***, she does state and knowledges she knew she had only purchased the 8-hour guard card course(April 21, 2016) Not at any time did she or her sister demonstrated or displayed any concerns, confusion or brought any concerns upThey were friendly and only appeared to be happyStatement about seeing each person separately, that is true because we respect people’s privacyThey may have things to discuss not for others to hear in addition, method of payment could be a credit card etcAgain not for others to see.As for prices, we offer the class at $which covers what was stated in the first paragraphThese two sisters received a discount because they came togetherOne paid by cash, the other paid by credit card, which cost me another $in credit card fees I paid forUpon exiting the class, both sisters expressed their excitement for the new opportunitiesI explained how to connect with us on [redacted] , so they can get connected to our job lead boardBoth responded, we already liked your [redacted] pageThey left the class happy with training certificate in hand.We did not hear from them until May 2, inquiring about how to see if they had their guard card issued yet, because they both had job interviews that same weekWe explained how to locate it and they were happy to see they had been issuedMay 4, they got the job and contacted us again inquiring for more trainingI explained about the additional classes we offer and the cost for each [redacted] at first replied, “I need to speak to my sister first.” Later that same day she called back again and said they get all of the additional training for free including firearmsI explained each class has a costAt that point, we were being threaten if they did not get their training free, they would ruin usSo since then to today May 26, 2016, we have been harassed via telephone, e***ls, [redacted] , social Medias, negative reviews everywhere, Blogs, Revdex.com negative review, Revdex.com complaint and Attorney General Office complaintPage of 2We did what we were paid to doWe did initially offered [redacted] and [redacted] a partial refund in hopes to end the continuous public harassment and bullying online, but ultimately did not take the offerInstead of accepting or declining the offer, they continue to post negative reviews online saying we offered “hush money.” We are sadden by the method and direction this has goneWe feel that since they did receive the guard card permit, we paid out for DOJ fees, FBI fees, BSIS fees and training, we should not be responsible to refund their money.“Revdex.com”Their Desired Settlement: “I would like a full refund for my sister and I to cease further action or we will continue to let others know our story.” [redacted] ***.Our Desired Settlement: We will stand behind our service we have been providing for almost yearsThey did get the guard card and working tooWe wish them luck in their new career[redacted] Owner
