To Whom It May Concern: In response to the complaint # [redacted] lodged with the Revdex.com on 5/14/15: We are very dismayed that we were not able to make the client happy during the planning processAlthough a great deal of work was done with multiple contracts signed, special discounts procured and proposals obtained, we were not a good match for this client’s needsAlthough we have worked with tight budgets before, it was the combination of the high guest count, tight budget, and difficult expectations that ultimately forced the planner to remove herself from the processClients hire us to provide vendor recommendations we would stake our reputation on and the planner could not do that any longer regarding décorWe have had serious issues in the past with vendors that we can’t vouch for and the planner knew that she could no longer provide the assurances expected of her or the company.Regarding a refund, the client paid 50% of the cost of the planning and well over 50% of the work outlined on the contract was providedThe client was given budgets, timelines, wedding day schedules, contracts for numerous vendors and multiple proposalsBecause the planner front-loaded the planning, very few areas remain that do not have contracted vendors or proposalsThe décor, which was the contested area, was not contracted but multiple proposals were obtainedWe are very sorry that we were not able to make the client happy but we did provide a significant amount of planning assistance including unlimited email and phone access for three monthsIf we were to provide the same amount of service a la carte, it would total more than $4,Unfortunately, the client never contacted the owner of the company directly in writing or by phoneWe never received a written request for any specific refund amount nor for a substitute team member and the company owner was unaware of any such requestIt is very difficult for the company management to help solve problems when we are never contacted directlyA signed contract (signed by the company owner) was returned to the client along with a welcome letter (including the owner’s direct contact information) and box of small gifts from the company owner via USPS Priority Mail on January 23, We are very sorry we could not make this client happy and that management was not contacted directly at any point to solve the problemBest, Laura W

It is very difficult for the company management to help solve problems when we are never contacted directly. A signed contract (signed by the company owner) was returned to the client along with a welcome letter (including the owner’s direct contact information) and box of small gifts from the company owner via USPS Priority Mail on January 23, 2015.
We are very sorry we could not make this client happy and that management was not contacted directly at any point to solve the problem.
