It may be ok to buy your flooring from this company but make sure you have your own installer. The ones they sent to do our nearly $19k job had no idea what they were doing and completely botched the job. We bought an older home and they tore up old tile and laid new. We finally gave up on getting it fixed because we had to move out of the home we were selling and into the one they were working on. There was little support from the store and they offered no reduction in the price. The installer had an attitude because he did not want to have to come back out. If we had endless time before we needed to move in I would've just taken them to court to replace the entire job. The whole point of having the floor done at that time was because it was completely empty. The point of installing the new floors was to increase the value of the home - not decrease it. The job is laughable. The tiles were supposed to be laid on thirds. They are not laid on thirds, resulting in a very uneven surface throughout our home.
