Bought a new snowmobile helmet from Engelhard's with a heater visor on Dec Also bought an extra heated visor at the same timeBoth visors leaked water between the shields and fogged up rendering them useless within miles on Jan They won't let me return the helmet as I feel the brand (509) obviously has an issueI have only owned these for less than daysThey say they have no intention on replacing the helmet as I have used itHow else was I to determine the helmet is defective? I spent just under $on this useless helmet with basically no help from EngelhartI guess I know where I won't be buying my new snowmobile from!
