moisture, water andfreezing, deterioration of gravel or asphalt placed in front etc.There is a common adage regarding concrete that being, there aretwo guarantees with concrete: One is it will get hard and two itwill crack.The GFA STATES: Cracks in concrete walls and slabs are common aoccurrenceThey appear in floors, driveways, structural beamsand walls-Cracking cannot be preventedWe are sorry that happenedWe will stop to look at it, to seewhat we can doIt may not be a permanent fix, but we'll do whatwe can to try and help out

Though I would love to accept the response in good faith, I have my doubts as to the business owner's intentions to follow through with his promise to replace the trimAs of yet, I have received no communication whatsoever from American Home Services, let alone in regards to scheduling a time to complete the correct work
Unless the company is willing to reach out to me directly and make arrangements to correct this issue, I cannot trust them enough to consider this resolved on their word to a third party alone

In response to Mr. [redacted]’s letter of 04/21/2015. I was under theimpression the service had been done. I informed my foreman thereis still some debris that needs to be removed. someonefrom his crew will stop A.S.A.P. and remove the concrete andpoles stated in the letter.

For some reason I did not receive yourprior letter and just became aware of your letter of July 3,2017yesterday.When the project was completed, the installer told me Ms. [redacted]was satisfied. I didn’t realize...
