Engine and Transmission Source LLC

I purchased engine from E & T S. on the 17th of November and told that the engine would recurve testing on the 18th in AM and shipped that same day. I was told worse case scenario it would miss the cut off time on the 18th and go out on the 19th. Regardless the engine would arrive no later than the 20th. I took this info to the installing business and based on it had the old engine removed and the car staged in primary work area on the 20th. Well the engine has not arrived and it will be the 24th of Novmenber in five hours. I could possibly still remain confident that an over zealous sales staff over promised and has simply under delivered however I've left 5 messages with the business today and not received the slightest in return. That's highly out of character considering during the purchasing phase I left numerous messages all of which were returned within five minutes. So I formed a base line image of the organization based on their behavior and practices during the purchasing phase that involved numerous calls and emails over several weeks. During the last day of the purchase I left countless messages expressing my desire to purchase their engine and as said all were answered in minutes.

Today is the first day I have tried to contact them to find out why the Thursday and Friday arrival dates were not met. It's been 10 hours since the first call was made, 8 since the second, 7 since the third, 6 since the fourth, 2 since the fifth and 1 since the sixth. THATS OUT OF CHARACTER WHEN COMPARED TO THEIR BEHAVIOR PRIOR TO GAINING ACCESS TO THE FUNDS. I AM BUSINESS OWNER AND CAN ASSURE YOU THAT SHOWS WHAT THEY ARE ALL ABOUT VERSES COSTUMER SATISFACTION AND OVERALL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Why the time frame is so important. They are in the automotive industry and therefore are expected to grasp the concept of how shops operate and schedule installs. Their promise to have the product at our destination on a specific date lead the shop to prep the vehicle and stage it for install. It's been in the batters box for four days blocking the shop from utilizing their productive space hurting both their ability to function resulting in the shop accessing a daily fee for my vehicles obstruction of their day to day operations. I spent 1400 on the engine and now have been fined 500.00 from the shop and will receive another hundred tomorrow and each day following.

It's simple! Don't make the mistake I did by trying to save 400.00 and just contact LKQ directly and purchase a engine from them. I had the same engine with basically same mileage quoted at 1800 from LKQ but wanted to save the 400.00. Instead I am at 1900 in fees before the engine is even installed.
