*** *** bought an engine for Dodge Ram 4.7L from Engine Express on 1/23/Which had a Day warranty, replacement only warranty, at the end of March Mr*** said that he was having trouble starting the engineRich *** , Owner of Engine Express, told Mr*** that he
would help as much as possibleMr*** warranty had ended, Mr*** didn't have to do anything for Mr***, because he's warranty had *** out of time. Mr*** found out that Mr*** ordered the Wrong engine for his truck. Mr*** was told to remove the engine from his truck, and to take the engine to *** ***, so he would have a credit and I could exchange the engine for the right year( 02). *** delivered the engine to *** ***, and Crow *** couldn't find the engine, that they had listed in their inventoryThe owner of *** *** and Rich *** worked out a deal that *** *** and *** would let Engine Express pick up an engine using *** *** credit at *** Auto. On 4/2/Mr *** spend over hours ***ning around for Mr *** taking his old engine core to *** Auto, so he could pick up the new engineMr*** was told to remove all accessories from his engine core, because *** wanted to charge him for the old core. Mr*** said that he removed all items that he needed from his core. Mr*** dropped off the core and pick- up the Dodge 4.7L engineAt *** when Mr*** was picking up the engine it was raining very heavyOnce the engine was loaded on his truck, Mr*** Headed off to Mr *** house. At Mr *** house, Mr *** had the wait another hours until Mr*** looked over the new used engine from *** AutoBecause of the heavy rain when the engine was pick up, Mr*** didn't notice the the harmonic balancer was broke and the valve cover had a crack. Mr*** was hold to write down any and all parts that were needed from *** AutoMr *** was told to make arrangments with *** to pick up his partsMr *** was going out of town for the Easter week endMr*** made arrangements with *** Auto to pick up all the items to install on this new used engineMr *** fails to realize that all of his problems were caused by himself giving the wrong information to Mr***If Mr*** would have ordered the right engine from the beginning, he wouldn't have any of the problems that he caused. Engine Express and Mr ***, went out of his way to resolved all of Mr *** problemsThe problem is Mr*** feels his time is only ones worth being compensated, and everyone should pay for his mistakes. All the ***ning around buying gas and time, was never compensated by Mr***

Review: I had purchased a engine from engine express on jan 23 2015. and as I installed the motor I found out it was the wrong motor on my part. so I called rich [redacted] and he said he could get me another motor and that I would have to take the motor back for him. so I did. so it took two weeks to get the new motor. when he delivered it to me on march 31 2015 the motor had damaged parts on it. he said he would get me the parts the next day. so I called him the next day and he told me I would have to drive an hour to get the parts myself from [redacted] auto salvage in kittanning pa. because he was going out of town easter and he would not be back until the next week. so I had found out he didnt go out of town for easter. he just didnt want to go and get them for me. so he said he would refund me $150 for my time and gas but he never has and will not take my calls. and also I had to buy a special tool to replace one of the parts that was damagedDesired Settlement: would like to get the $150 that he said he would give me back for my time gas and tool rental
