In response to the complaint issued by *** ***:*** *** did order a new *** from my dealership from MIckey S*** We did ask for a $deposit from *** *** in good faith *** *** was told both by MrS*** and several other sales managers that this
vehicle would arrive as soon as Christmas or possibly as late as spring Upon arrival, *** *** had week to come up with the funds to purchase the vehicle or it would be resold This vehicle arrived in January and we promptly called *** *** that day to inform him his vehicle was ready to be delivered to him At this time, *** *** said he could not come up with the finds to purchase the vehicle and he requested several more days We did grant him weeks to come up with the funds to purchase the car or he would have to forfeit the right to purchase this vehicle and we would resell it *** *** informed us that he was declaring bankruptcy and could not come up with the funds after the expiration of the two week race period he was given Henceforth, we resold the vehicle to another buyer and refunded *** *** his $4,upon being paid in full from the new buyer *** *** has been refunded in a timely manner
