Review: On 10/9/13 I pain $594.92 for work done on my 91 Toyota 4x4 truck. The business that did the work was" The Engine Room, 103 Washington St. PO Box 1591, Weaverville, CA 96093. The bill from The Engine Room says they changed my power steering pump. The old one is still in there. The mechanic did some work on the "lines" only. I remember we had to wait one more day because he got the wrong pump. So, I was charged for a pump and labor without getting one. My son is my usual mechanic, and he saw that the old power steering pump was still in there but also that the lines were still leaking! Friday 1/3/14 I called The Engine Room and left a message that I didn't get a new pump. I did get a phone message (1/9/14) about a week later from the wife of the mechanic that they did put in a power steering pump. They may have a receipt for one but it didn't go in my truck. The lid to my pump still had all the old grease on it.Desired Settlement: Refund
