At this time, I have been contacted directly by Watch Grabber, INC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved They forwarded me a tracking number in an email, the tracking number says that something was delivered here yesterday to the front porch I did not receive an item on my front porch I live near a bad neighborhood and thus always request signature confirmation Had they contacted me prior to shipping something I'm sure they would have known this I am apalled that I didn't recieve a phone call, email or letter after leaving them multiple voicemails, emails and filing with Revdex.com All they did was forward a tracking nunumber for an item I have not recieved In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
