I am writing on behalf of Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, LLC, in response to a complaint brought by the Revdex.com for [redacted] ***, submitted on 7/13/2015, and assigned an ID of [redacted] .We deeply would like to apologize for the delay on this case, Zurich was contacted and were asked to expedite the processI will contact the General Manager and see if I can obtain that apology email, since Mr[redacted] is currently on vacationOnce again we would like to deeply apologize for the lack of communication we have hadin view of the fact that we are actively seeking to completely satisfy this customer we ask that this complaint be closed satisfactorily and cease to affect our rating

Hi,Mr [redacted] bought a used truck from us and did have an issue after he bought itHis warranty would not cover the issue which was a $fix to which we agreed Mr [redacted] would only pay $After he had been in possession of the truck over days and had driven over Miles Mr [redacted] then called back again stating his key and heat did not workHe brought his truck in, declined on purchasing a new truck saying he simply wasn’t satisfied after we were giving him the value back he had paid for his truckMr [redacted] was shown how to work the heat properly, and we told him we would cover the cost of a new key if he would get it programmed at his nearby store since he is out of townHe accepted that, and out of good will we cut him a check for $and mailed it to him We have communicated with Mr [redacted] figures for both buying his truck back from him, or if he choose to trade it in on a different vehicleThank youJoseph [redacted]

First, on all used vehicles at the point of purchase we put gallons in each one The seat belt was found to be inoperable, and was repaired immediately by our truck shopAny seat belt issue is a main safety concern and after seeing the rear belt would not latch properly, our technician fixed the same day Mr [redacted] did bring his vehicle in a month later after the fact again for his dipstick issue along with the radiator which we fixed at no cost to Mr*** We explained to him that his truck was fully serviced and provided him with records reflecting so, which he accepted Mr [redacted] called and spoke with our Sales Manager, and the manager simply told him there was no way to void the sale, over a month after the purchase dateMr [redacted] went over all his options to try and assist Mr [redacted] with the issues he was having and what the store could do to assist Mr*** At no point in time was anyone rude with Mr***, and he was also given the opportunity to purchase a service contract at his time of purchase, and was presented the option again to purchase a service contract, at cost, when he called addressing his concernsMr [redacted] at no point ever contacted our owner, nor has spoken to him All of his issues and concerns were dealt with by Service and Sales Managers at our location

I am writing on behalf of Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, LLC, in response to a complaint brought by the RevDex.com for [redacted] , submitted on 02/09/2016, and assigned an ID of [redacted] .Mrs. [redacted] and her husband did have service work done to their 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 on 12/04/14. At... that time, we replaced the ball joints on the vehicle and issued a 2 year warranty to cover the parts. When they contacted us about the issue with the vehicle recently, they spoke directly to our Service Manager, John P***. He set them up with Empire Chrysler Dodge Jeep to have the work done. He contacted Empire directly to advise them of the situation with Mrs. [redacted] ’s truck and have covered all of the repairs under the warranty they were issued when we replaced the ball joints the first time. We ask that this complaint be closed satisfactorily and cease to affect our rating.

I am writing on behalf of Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, LLC, in response to a complaint brought by the Revdex.com for [redacted] -***, submitted on 10/1/2015, and assigned an ID of [redacted] We would like to extend an apology to Ms [redacted] - [redacted] for the ordeal he has gone through.However, she has spoken with a Sales manager (Jerry), a Service Manager (John) and her situation has been discussed with the General Manager, Blake MitchellBlake is the manager that makes these decisions and the only resolution we are able to offer was to trade her out of her current vehicle and into another one, which she declinedSince that was the only resolution we are able to offer and she declined it.In view of the fact that we are actively seeking to completely satisfy this customer we ask that this complaint be closed satisfactorily and cease to affect our rating

I am writing on behalf of Kernersville Chrysler Dodge, LLC, in response to a complaint brought by the Revdex.com for [redacted] ***, The complaint was submitted on 7/27/9:39:PM and was assigned an ID of [redacted] We have spoken to Mr [redacted] and we are currently awaiting the decision of our general manager to give him a definite answerWe want to apologize for such a slow response, but we been having some construction done to our lots and is making communication a bit difficultWe are trying to resolve this case with top priority
