Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The attached copies of correspondences from Suzy of B_Healthy aka Flawless Beauty, supports my claims and will show the facts and the truthThe [redacted] Dispute Department was the one who fulfilled their promise to satisfy their customer by reviewing all the correspondences between the seller and me, which led them to decide on my favor and not on the seller.I do not know who this Jack is, that responded to youI have never spoken to him any type of discussionsThis company's libelous statements about me and their malicious intents shows the type of practice they do, and can cause harm to an individualI have forwarded my complaint to my State Attorney General's Office and awaiting for their responseIt shows to me that this company will never tell the truth and accept responsibility for their faults and will continue to take advantage of consumers.Thank you for your assistance with this matter Regards, [redacted]

Hello,This complaint is from an *** customer. Here is an explanation of exactly what happened:On 5/28/16, customer claimed to have received wrong product On 6/6/16, We paid for the extra cost of shipping to send another product to the recipient in the interest of customer
satisfaction. Customer refused the replacement packageWe received the refused package back on 7/5/We refunded the customer minus the shipping charges of the refused packageCustomer also never returned the first package that she claimed was incorrectCustomer opened an A-Z claim on *** to dispute the shipping charges*** found in our favor of the claim. In conclusion, we responded to the customers emails without hesitation and supplied a sufficient answer to their concernWe spent extra money trying to make the customer happy by sending a replacement that was in-turn refused anywayThe customer opened a claim with *** and after their full review of our correspondences, *** found in our favor. Please consider all information regarding this complaintKnow that we take our customer service extremely seriously and try to accommodate all matters as best as possible to ensure our customers are happy with our service & productsWe have a Star rating on *** Seller Account with over reviews, 96% of which are star. The client provided an incomplete address and the post office was unable to effect delivery. We advised her to contact her post office to retrieve the package and that if the package was ultimately returned we would send it back at no cost.Our service was impeccable yet she felt the need to call...

back endlessly and to threaten me and my staff just because she couldn't get a replacement immediately. This is not a case of poor customer service it is a case of a tantrum being thrown.Thanks for your help in this matter.
