We're not a scamWe've been in business for years now with lots of happy customersWhat happened on this order is the customer ordered a Magna-Trak and we ship a free measuring wheel with the Magna-Trak as a freebieThe Magna-Trak backordered for days (its shipping today and we're emailing tracking information to the customer) We sent the order to the warehouse and the warehouse computer system put the Magna-Trak on backorder, and sent the free wheel to the customerUsually they hold the free item until the Magna Trak is available for shipment so they ship one box, but in this case the customer got the freebie before he got the product he orderedThe customer if he can be a little patient will receive the Magna-Trak as well

Just a terrible amateurish company for 3 reasons:

(1) They dont carry inventory
They are just a middleman for moving products. This means that when you place an order they dont have it in stock they only order it direct from the manufacturer skimming a litle profit in the process. This is a terrible business model. They have no control over shipping dates or inventory. That is why you see so many others registering complaints about late shipping, no inventory, etc.

(2) They take payment before shipping the product.
I ordered an item and payed by paypal. Waited a few days then enquired about the expected shipping date. I was told it was on back order and the supplier would ship it. I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT. Wrote a dispute with paypal got my refund.

(3) They have no real idea when you will get your product.
Like I was saying above they have no inventory so have no control over shipping, inventory, etc. Anyone with an email address and cheap website can run this type of business. Real businesses carry inventory to have control of shipping, etc

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Dont support this style of doing business. You can get this same quality of service from any cheap ebay site !

We purchased a Mobilizer, 2 DRWR Legal filing cabinet with lid on 3/07/14 and we received the product 10 days later. The box that it was shipped in was open/unsealed. We did not attempt to put the filing cabinet together until 4/20/14 because we were moving. I contacted them and told them about the dented opened box, that the paint on the cabinet was blistered and had runs in it, and I also told them that we could not assemble the cabinet because the metal was milled incorrectly and the pieces didn't fit together. They told me that since it was more than 30 days since my purchase, it was their policy that we could not return the product, and they offered no solution to resolve the matter. We have since had someone else look at the cabinet and try to assemble it and they came to the same conclusion that the product was milled incorrectly and that the cabinet is an inferior and unusable product.
