Review: I owed money to this company back and 2012 and they were paid by me. I even received a letter stating that they were paid in full and that I no longer owe them anything but on my report it states that I currently still owe them money when I have a letter stating that they have been paid in full. Now this has to be reomoved from my report so that I can get another place because the stress from this is making it hard for me to get another residenceDesired Settlement: Would like for this to be removed from report or atleast have that this account has been PAID in full and date that it was paid so that other creditors can see that I no longer owe a balance for this account.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [redacted]

Review: I applied for an apartment sent fees of 185.00 ,per there policy. Was denied and due a refund of 150,.00. That was over fortyeight days ago. I spoke with [redacted] at england run north.she stated that the refund would have to come from corporate, she would check to see if they had received my info.SHe called back the next day to say that they had and that the refund had been mailed out on the 26 of March and that the company had thirty to forty days to refund the money.also to give them till the 20th of this month .If I hadn't received to call her back. Well I called her back on the 23rd she was not available,so I left a message.she did not return. So I called again today, had to leave another message. Still no refund. There is a email in between calls that they haven't responded to either.Desired Settlement: To get my money returned.

Regards,
Review: I have had this apartment in England Run North for nearly two years. There's been problems since the month after I moved in ranging from loitering, people being in my assigned location, drugs, smoking in the breezeway, cockroach infestations, telling me they'll fix an issue and it never happens, or even allowing the trash to pile up 6 feet high and blocking access to the compactor. It's been on going and through multiple conversations it's a battle to get problems handled if they get handled at all. The office even lost my personal check and tried to evict me for not paying! I hadn't ever been late on a payment let alone miss it altogether.
I understand that addressing a loitering or parking problem is not the easiest thing to do but even after it has been brought to their attention nothing was done aside from putting a letter on our doors. They're aware of someone being here even though they have been trespassed and nothing has been done. He happens to be one of the ones smoking dope in the breezeways.
The cockroach infestation is ridiculous. They have been aware of the problem since I came here. It was treated perhaps 5 or 6 times out of the 2 years that I am aware of. Around 6 months ago they stopped treating the apartment and it's gotten bad, prompting me to call the office and remind them that it's still a problem. Their response was, "Well it's impossible to get rid of them once you've got them." I understand that it's difficult to treat but that's why I pay so much for an apartment. I expect to have a roach free home that is clean so that my son and I can live without worry about being hospitalized due to gastroenteritis, pneumonia, or infections carried by roaches.
Numerous times I have reported problems, been told that someone would fix them, and nobody comes out. When I call back to get an answer as to why, I get excuses. I've had to threaten to write a letter to the CEO in order for problems to be taken care of. This should've been taken care of.Desired Settlement: I would like for the problems to be resolved immediately.
I should receive a portion of December rent returned or applied as a credit because of the failures to repair or address these various problems without the need to hound or threaten to contact their higher-ups.
I also expect that my rent will be adjusted to a satisfactory level based on the fact that these issues haven't been resolved. Namely, I'm in an apartment infested with disease carrying pests, and they've blown off my requests for treatment.

Response:
We were aware of a pest issue in [redacted] apartment. We have
diligently treated her unit as well as the entire building over the last
several months. We treat buildings in a rotating schedule and also will treat
individual apartments by request. Please see below for the dates that the
building was treated and [redacted] apartment upon her request. We assume that
issues have been handled, if we are not receiving complaints from the resident.Treated By [redacted]:January 28, 2016 1st and 2nd floor at
[redacted] was treated October 22, 2015-Entire building at [redacted] was treated August 13, 2015-Entire building at [redacted] was treated July 2, 2015- Entire building at [redacted] was treated June 8, 2015-Indivudial unit was treated at [redacted] request) June 4, 2015- Entire building at [redacted] was treated March 9, 2015-Entire building at [redacted] was treated January 8, 2015 Entire building at [redacted] was treatedI currently do not have any open work orders for [redacted]. If she
has a maintenance issue in her apartment, she would need to call the complaint
into the office and management will generate a work order for those repairs. As far, as the complaint of the compactor, we have an issue with
the resident not utilizing the compactor as it should be. We send notices and
pose on the compactor, as to how to use the compactor, and we do continue to
have issues. Maintenance spends numerous hours per day cleaning up the mess
that is left on the outside of compactor. It is never left unattended. For the complaint of loitering in the breezeway and
questionable activity, we have evicted numerous households form this building. We
take residents comfort very serious and address and issue that is brought to
our attention. Again, management has no recent complaints regarding any issues
in the building. Management has also non-renewed two other households in the building. If [redacted] still has an issue, we would gladly look into it,
providing a complaint is submitted to the office. Management is diligent about
responding to complaints regarding loitering and we do no Trespass
non-residents. However, we cannot always know when these persons violate the No
Trespass issued. If [redacted] is ware of these
violators, she should call the office of the police, as they have a list
of all person No Trespassed from the community.Management received a complaint from [redacted], in referenced
to other people parking in her assigned spot. We informed [redacted], that she
could place a note on the care asking them not to park there, and it that did
not rectify the issue, then she could call the own company to have the car
removed.Management cannot offer a reduction of rent at this time.
Should you have additional questions or need documentation to support this response,
please feel free to contact me at [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]
Review: I gave a 60 day notice letting England run know that I would be leaving when my lease expired on July 31st 2013. They received this and stamped it as received. I actively looked for a new place to live and wasn't sure I was going to find a place in the allotted 2 months time frame. I discussed re-certification in case I decided I wanted to stay. I ended finding a place and went to turn in my keys on July 29th where they proceeded to tell me that because I discussed re-certification that it retracted my 60 days notice. They are now trying to tell me I owe them 2 months worth of rent. I never signed a new lease or any paperwork with my name on it stating I was retracting my 60 day notice.Desired Settlement: Since I fulfilled a 60 day notice in accordance to their policy I need a written acknowledgement by [redacted]/England Run North stating that I do not owe 60 days of rent with them. Furthermore, I do not want anything noted on my credit history/report regarding this matter.

To Whom It May Concern:
Management did locate the necessary paperwork for Ms. Honeywell. She did give [redacted] notice to vacate and will not be held responsible for any debt for rent. This does not dismiss any damage that were found during her walk through of her apartment.
Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions or need additional information.
Sincerely,
[redacted] Property Manager
