Thank you for taking the time to chat with me Here is a short summary of my position on the subject
My Revdex.com complaint stated that one of the company's policies was problematic The company's response was that they had followed their policy Obviously, the company's response ignored the actual problem -- they should not have had the policy to follow in the first place Apparently at this point they do not intend to change their policy or provide more appropriate signage as I suggested in my original filing I do not consider the situation to be resolved
Again, I appreciate your following up with me Hopefully this will help warn some unsuspecting folks!

I have received your letter of complaint from a visiting member of our community at England Run Townhomes. I apologize if the towing rules were not presented to the visitor by the resident they were visiting. All residents are responsible for ensuring their guest are properly parked...
when visiting their home. When signing a lease to live on the property a towing addendum is part of the lease contract signed by the resident. [redacted] is a copy of our towing addendum showing all rules and regulations when parking at our community. Again I apologize if this incident may have caused any inconvenience for our visitor.
Review: While visiting a resident of England Run Townhomes, my car was towed from a parking spot which was clearly labeled "Guest," and I was required to pay a fine to have it returned to my possession. To my dismay, it was not a matter of the towing company mistaking a parking spot, but rather that it is the facility's policy. To be thorough, at the entrance to the facility there is a sign which states that the property has "Permit Parking." To the average driver, however, this would naturally correlate to the parking spots which are labeled "Decal Only" or labeled with an apartment's number. To label a spot "Guest" and then have a car towed from it because it does not also have a pass is in exceedingly poor taste at best, and is arguably baiting at worst. If a parking pass is required, the parking spots should be labeled "Guest Parking Pass Only" or something similar.I do not expect a refund of my money. I do recommend that England Run Townhomes clean up their labeling and business policies to be more consumer-friendly and less entrapping.Desired Settlement: I do not expect a refund of my money. I do recommend that England Run Townhomes clean up their labeling and business policies to be more consumer-friendly and less entrapping.
