I had Super Mario install a Rinnai RUR98IN replacing a year old gallon gas water heaterI called them on a Wednesday evening and got an appointment the following day to get a quote for the replacement.The appoint occurred right on time and beginning of only a hour window (my experience is hour windows are the most common)The price was what I expected considering I had to run a 30+ foot dedicated gas lineI received the quote ~5:PM and immediately agreed then wanted to know how quickly they could installLater that night I received a call saying someone would be out the following morningRight at 8:am the first guy showed up and started workingHe and another guy who showed up at 9:am didn't stop working until 9:PMBoth were very pleasant and were definitely focused on quality and building codeThey could explain what they were doing and any random question I came up with throughout the dayAfter they left I kept receiving error code meaning the re-circulation pump wasn't moving a sufficient volume of waterI called the same night (and the owner answered)he gave me instructions to bleed the water line and reset the unit to clear the error codeHe said to contact them again Saturday morning if it wasn't workingThe following morning I texted the owner saying it was still displaying the error codeHe responded before 8:am and was at my house around 9:amIt took him less than minutes to diagnose a part that needed to be switched out that was contingent upon the installation requirements Overall this is an awesome companyThey are responsive, take their time and seem to careI would do a lot more work on my house if every company worked like Super MarioI honestly can't speak any higher of themGreat experience from beginning to end
