The problem arose due to the scope of the move being changed the day of the moveWhen our crew arrived they informed me that they were going to be packing and moving items that we were initially told would either not be going or would
be moved by the customer's family prior to our guys arrivingI called the customer twice to discuss the issue but did not hear back from her until after the move had been completedDue to the problems that arose we are refunding the customer $

there was not additional packing nothing had changed *** call my house and left message hour after they arrived to the move his unprofessional packers instead of srink wrapping the portable pantry cabnit they emptied and wrapped each item I was told not to empty it that it would be wraped as well as her close in the drawers people on there end are not on the same page if indeed they had additional packing explain how this additional doubled the price I could of moved another house he should of called the cell phone # he was given or come to the sight or send another rep to see what was going on
because when we called him back he certinally was not returning our calls he should of come show me the packing that wasn't there instead he doubled the bill and wouldn't return our calls this is ***

As explained to you before by *** *** your salesperson when he estimated your relocation there was only a partial amount of packing to be done but on the day of the move we had to do much much more therefore causing the actual charges to greatly exceed your estimated charges

credit card company on hold pending ivestagation not that I did not payI hired your company I did the walked thur for the quote not *** year old with diminished capacity that your company had her sign off on, it may of been her stuff but she NEVER CALLED OR TALKED TO ANYONE I did Your claiming I did not pay therefore there is nothing to credit how about $in additional charges your stating for additional packing THE QUOTE FOR THE ENTIRE MOVE WAS $
NOW EXPLAIN DOUBLE UP ON THE CHARGES FOR EXTRA PACKING ???? CORRECT YOU INVOICE/CHARGES

im sorry for your expirence but I hope you understand that *** is only an agent of ALLIED van Lines and your claim and whatever insurance coverage you have is with them .I also believe that you have already filed your claim with them have they responded to
you if not we can help with that

damage before we leave especially when its only one item we did discuss this with our delivery crew and they say they caused no damage,is it possible that you did not notice this faint scratch at the store ?
