I am rejecting this response because: The piece has yet to be replaced!
The customer has been informed for over a month now that the piece is ready. She refused to drop off the vehicle for proper installation by...
a certified Mercedes Benz technician. She decided that she would personally install the piece and sign a waiver. As of 5/13/15 customer has not passed by the facility to pick up the piece. The issue has been addressed and rectified on the business end.

responsibilty and would more than gladly touch it up where needed. We offered you the chance to bring the car back and allow us to fix anything you were unhappy with. At the time you declined, you are still more than welcomed to bring the car back free of charge and we will gladly clean it up for you to your full satisfaction. Also please rest assured we do not take any damage to vehicles lightly, there was no damage to any vehicles that day. If you would like to review our 24 hour survellaince cameras those are at your disposal as well. Customer refused to bring the vehicle back to fix any issues she was addressing over the phone. The customer was extremely rude and vulgar over the phone and we tried explaining that the service was already provided. I understand she was unhappy but we tried everything on our end to fix the issue. We stand by our services and quality of work, but we do not offer refunds for a service already provided.
Piece has been replaced as per request of the customer.
I am rejecting this response because:
They owe us money. There was an agreement to pay for services rendered. We paid and not only was the service not done to our satisfaction, it made the car look worse. So now we lost our money, and time, fixing what they did. This is unacceptable. And the customer was only rude AFTER the receptionist decided to be rude, nasty, and condescending. Customer service needs to be improved. We asked for a response from a manager or owner and got none. Too little. Too late.
