I have all of the invoices, dyno datalogs, and proof to support my statements concerning Mr [redacted] I have multiple witnesses that can attest to him bragging about buying a turbo kit, him asking me what he should buy, showing me his "shopping list" on his phone, etc If [redacted] has a receipt for the tune to prove he paid for anything related to the dyno that would be great to see If I was inclined to have him come out to our shop with his car I could pull the map off and compare it my library of tunes As you can see by his above his response, while not "raising" his voice he has on multiple occassions copped an attitude via texts to personal (not business) cell phones and facebook messages He is seeking resolution for a previously broken turbo that we discovered in the early stages of a "tune" in the form of transmission work Since this isnt related to anything we have charged for I fail to see why this is continuing

Review: I bought a used vehicle in January for close to $8,000. I have since had so many problems with it and have put over $1500 into fixing problems with that vehicle that rendered it unoperable. Shouldn't a company sell decent products with few issues? They sold me a car way above it's value which is my fault for not doing my research. They also could not have in good conscience have gone through this vehicle and not known of the problems before they sold it to me. That vehicle - even after my $1500+ worth of repairs is only worth $3500 max. How can that be.Desired Settlement: I want this business to be accountable for selling faulty vehicles and I want them aware that there are numerous complaints against them.

Review: I purchased a 2006 Kia Sedona from English Auto in Grove City Pa on Feb 10 2014. When I purchased the vehicle I had also purchased a 3 month 4500 mile warranty on the vehicle. On March 10 2014 my kia broke down when I called the warranty company to get roadside assistance which towing is covered with the warranty they did not have us in their system for coverage so I called Bob English at English Auto and he said that he mailed the paperwork on February 28 2014 for our warranty coverage. Because English Auto waited 2and a half weeks to mail the paperwork I had a 165 dollar tow bill I had to pay which should have been covered with the warranty. I talked to Bob English to get reimbursed since it's his fault I had to pay the bill since he didn't get our paperwork sent out in a timely manner he said it's not his fault he did nothing wrong by waiting to send out our paperwork and he assumes no liability. The part that broke is a covered part on the warranty so everything would have been covered. I have since had my vehicle repaired as the next day we found out it was a recall item so kia fixed our van however we did not know that he sold us the vehicle with an open recall that he did not check before he sold the vehicle. Fortunately the nobody was hurt when the control arm and took out the axle on my vehicle which the control arm was the recalled part however if it had not been recalled we would have had to pay to get that fixed as English Auto assumes no liability on this. All of this could have been prevented had English Auto ran the VIN number to check for any open recalls and had them fixed which would not have costed him any thing to have them fixed before selling a vehicle with a recall on a major part of the vehicle that could have caused us to wreck and hurt ourselves or somebody elseDesired Settlement: I would like reimbursed for the 165 dollar tow bill that I should not have had to pay because we had the warranty coverage which covers towing however English Auto did not get the paperwork out in a timely manner so when we needed it a month later we were not in the system for coverage
