I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
English's response was clearly a canned response; my last name was changed due to a divorce and it doesn't seem that he even cared to check back in his records for the date that I mentioned I had the inspection just as he didn't care to acknowledge the electrical issue. I am only the second owner of this home and was the only person who put an offer on this home and had an inspection done.
