Placed order and inadvertently provided wrong delivery address. I immediately recognized my mistake and asked them to cancel the order withIn approximately three minutes. Silly me...thinking they would cancel the order going to the wrong address I reordered using the correct address...Received an email from Mark approximately one to two hours later saying the order had already been processed and they would not cancel. Wow! Called customer service after receiving the email but guess the don't work on Friday between 1:00 and 2:00 PM, they didn't answer nor did they return my call. This was to be the first of a recurring order for a family member it will now be my first and LAST order.

Product is not as advertised. Bought 300 potty pads that do not absorb. They are cheap!! Requested to return but I have to pay to ship 3 large boxes back at $18 a piece. Unacceptable!

Order products on Sunday, canceled order the same day within 20 minutes. Monday they processed the order, then contacted me after wards and told me they couldn't cancel. They are closed on the weekend. Please be aware of this company. Email from mark
