The customer came with a watch to change the batteryWhile opening the watch we found that the back of the watch is citizenAlthough we open the watch and we found inside the machine is loos & covered with another plastic but in front the dial is written with concordWhile changing the
battery I ask the customer what and why this is changedShe told me that she lost the back cover before while she has changed the band from some were else but band Brock and she lose the back coverso she went back to the people and they have changed the whole dial with different crown and back partImmediately I came to know that this is pamper to the original machine and the crownI did not say anything but let her know about the machine and crownBut she don't want to hear just asking me to put her original battery backI did thatshe took the watch back .After she complain.to managementEven though there was not my Fault I was ready to repair her watch free of cost as I was going to charge $for the batteryI am doing this business from year'sI have many watch professional repairer Including meTo resolve this problem which I did not done.She is expecting a watch money for old watch is not acceptableShe came to change her watch battery we will do the needful by making it work with the same condition of the watch and make it work with new battery

The owner was not truthful in his response.? The watch was brought in, in excellent working order, requiring only a new battery.? After ten minutes, and with people working on it I requested that the watch be given back to me, as they were having difficulty.? The owner assured me they could replace the battery and worked on it for another ten minutes, at which time I said please close and return to me.? When the watch was given back the owner stated that the hands would not keep time.? In fact the hands were now detached and the crown was also not attached to the watchWhen I got upset about the condition of the watch, the owner stated that the back was different and I had given him a defective watch.? The back, in fact had been replaced with a Seiko back as the original had fallen off, but the interior movement and the face were Concord as the original and in perfect working order.? A different back does not affect the running of a watch.? It was a gold Concord watch, and if it had been defective I would not have brought it to a kiosk in a mall to be repaired.? They had replaced a battery in another watch I owned without difficulty and I thought it would be an easy task.? Unfortunately they destroyed the interior of the watch and I am not able to use unless I put in many dollars for the repair.? This owner has refused to accept responsibility for damaging the watch and has acted in a deceitful, non- professional manner.? ? Thank you for overseeing this complaint? I am rejecting this response because:
The owner was not truthful in his response.  The watch was brought in, in excellent working order, requiring only a new battery.  After ten minutes, and with 2 people working on it I requested that the watch be given back to me, as they were having difficulty.  The owner assured me they could replace the battery and worked on it for another ten minutes, at which time I said please close and return to me.  When the watch was given back the owner stated that the hands would not keep time.  In fact the hands were now detached and the crown was also not attached to the watch.
